Dear Charles Acton Leadership Academy Families,

Welcome to Charles Acton Leadership Academy! It is an honor and privilege to serve as the proud Principal of this incredible school community.

Having previously served as Assistant Principal and Acting Principal at Acton, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the students, families, and staff who make this campus so special. I am passionate about building a school where every child feels valued, supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.

My leadership is rooted in the belief that every child has the ability to succeed when surrounded by caring adults, high expectations, and meaningful opportunities to grow. Throughout my career, I have seen the lasting impact that strong relationships and quality instruction have on students, and I am committed to creating a culture where every learner is empowered to lead and achieve.

At Charles Acton Leadership Academy, our mission is to cultivate a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student is empowered to lead, achieve, and grow. This year, our campus theme, "Bloom Where You Are Planted," reminds us that when we nurture relationships, embrace challenges, and work together with purpose, every member of our school community has the opportunity to flourish.
